- In terms of process it is easier than applying for a citizenship of Commonwealth of Dominica (the second program we recommend) because there is no mandatory interview requirement in St Kitts.
- Another advantages is that since 1st January 2012 St Kitts passports are now biometrics which is an added bonus if you are thinking to travel to the US
- In terms of visas free countries St Kitts offers among other More than 100 countries with no visa requirements including Canada, Schengen States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Hong Kong and most British Commonwealth member countries.
- Of course like our other programs (commonwealth of Dominica, Austria, Cyprus) the citizenship granted is for life and irrevocable.
Non Refundable vs Refundable Investment
The originality of St Kitts and Nevis program over other programs is that it offers you two options.
Non Refundable Donation: The first option is to do a donation of 250,000 USD for a single applicant. This donation is not refundable as it is the price of acquisition of 2nd citizenship.
Refundable Investment: The second option is to invest in St Kitts real estate or in some selected projects (mostly hotel investments). In this case the minimum investment is more consequent 450,000 USD for a single applicant but the added benefit is the funds are not lost and you can liquidate your investment after 5 years and get back your money. Meanwhile you can expect a return on investment between 3 to 5%
